"The individuals at this specific State Farm are great! However, I will NEVER have State Farm insurances again!!! After being rear-ended and screwed by the body shop, who had a good reputation but had recently been sold without my knowledge. The repairs' original repairs were far from standard. Good thing I looked before I left since the bed wasn't even bolted on. State Farm instructed me to get the truck from the original body shop and take it elsewhere. They would have it fixed properly and file a claim for the rapairs against the driver that hit me. Once their appraiser met at the second body shop, they refused to pay for the proper repairs. No lawyer would take my case, so I finally had to file myself in small claims court, and after over two years of battling, the case was settled in my favor. Auto insurance is a racket, and we all know it. But like a good neighbor, State Farm turned their back when I needed the slightest help! STATE FARM WILL NEVER GET ANOTHER PENNY FROM ME!"
