Call my agents office first thing in the morning after my accident, and they promptly helped me get my claim started . About 2 hours later the claims office called and gave me a claim # and set up my rental car. My agent in the office was very friendly and helpful with my claim.

After I told her about a previous bad experience she even took the extra time to personally verify all my information and enrolled me in text notifications about any changes or updates to my policy!
